In this lesson, we look more closely at a particular part of his creation—mankind; you and me. It may be helpful to notice that the Catechism is following the order of the Bible itself. So if you were to look in your Bible, and begin in Genesis 1, you would read from verse 1 of Genesis 1, through verse 3 of chapter 2, and you would receive the big picture view of all of God’s creation. However, from Genesis 2, verse 4 through verse 25, there’s a zooming in to focus more particularly upon the creation of man.
